输尿管镜钬激光内切开置双根双J管治疗输尿管狭窄

目的探讨输尿管镜钬激光内切开并留置双根双J管治疗输尿管狭窄的方法及疗效。方法对28例29处输尿管狭窄患者采用输尿管镜下钬激光切开狭窄段并留置双根双J管进行治疗。结果 28例均获成功,无严重手术并发症发生,术后均行随访3⁶个月,有效26例,好转1例,无效1例;有效率92.9%。结论输尿管镜钬激光切开并留置双根双J管是治疗良性输尿管狭窄的有效方法,狭窄复发率低,并发症少,手术创伤小。

Clinical study on effect of Holmium:YAG laser endoureterotomy with two indwelling double-pigtail stents for treatment of ureteral stricture with ureteroscopy

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of Holmium：YAG laser endoureterotomy and using two equally sized double J tube for treatment of ureteral strictures. Methods Inside incision with ureteroscopic Holmium：YAG laser and setting two equally F 5.0 double J tube were performed on 28 ureteral stricture patients,and the double J tubes were pulled out after two or three months postoperatively. Results The 28 patients had been followed up from 3 to 6 months after operation,among them 26 cases with satisfactory,the cure rate was92.9%. Conclusion Holmium：YAG laser endouretertomy and placement of two equally sized double J-tube might be an effective,safe and minimally invasive method for treating ureteral stricture.
