| 摘 要： | 目的 :观察舒脉胶囊治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法 :85例冠心病心绞痛患者随机分为治疗组 (5 2例 ,常规西药加舒脉胶囊治疗 )和对照组 (33例 ,单用常规西药治疗 )。结果 :治疗组心绞痛总有效率 94.2 3% ,心电图总有效率 6 1.5 4% ,中医证候总有效率 94.2 3% ,均优于对照组 (分别为 78.79% ,45 .45 % ,81.82 % ,P<0 .0 5 )。治疗后血浆 ET- 1浓度由 74.5 5± 14.96 pg/ ml降至 49.87± 14.2 2 pg/ ml,血浆 CGRP浓度由 5 3.0 1± 14.6 2 pg/ ml上升至 87.2 3± 14.91pg/ ml。治疗前后 ET- 1及 CGRP差值与对照组比较有显著差异 (P<0 .0 1)。结论 :常规西药加舒脉胶囊治疗冠心病心绞痛的疗效明显优于单纯常规西药治疗。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the effects of Shumai capsule in treating angina pectory.Methods:Eighty five patients with angina pectory were randomly divided into two groups. Group A(52 cases) were treated with Shumai capsule and routine medicine,and group B (33 cases) with simple routine medicine.Results:The total effective rate of angina pectory,ECG ST-T changes and TCM symptoms were 94.23%,61.54%,94.23% respectively in group A,which were superior to those of group B(P<0.05).Moreover,in group A the level of plasma endothelin-1(ET-1) decreased from 74.55±14.96 pg/ml to 49.87±14.22 pg/ml and that of calcitonin gene-related peptide(CGRP)increased from 53.01±14.62 pg/ml to 87.23±14.91 pg/ml.Comparing with group B,these changes were satistically different(P<0.01).Conclusion:The combined treatment(including Shumai capsule and routine medicine ) of angina pectory was superior to the simple routine medicine.
