徒手上推宫颈在产程中的应用

目的：观察徒手上推宫颈对缩短产程，减少产时并发症的作用。方法：将100例孕妇按住院号单双数分为两组，各50例，单数在第1产程实施上推宫颈为观察组，双数在第1产程不实施上推宫颈为对照组。结果：观察组活跃期，第2产程时间明显缩短，产后出血量减少，两组比较有显性差异，P＜0．05，两组Apgar评分比较无明显差异，P＞0．05，结论：观察组优于对照组。

The experience of pushing up the cervix with hand during parturition

Objective To investigate the effect of pushing up the cervix to shorten the laboring time and reduce the company symptoms during parturition. Methods 100 pregnant women were divided into 2 groups according to their admission number. Those with odd number were put in the experimental group and those with even control group, the former treated with pushing up but the latter without. Results The active period and the second laboring time in the experimental group were shortened markedly than those in control group ( P <0.05). There was significant difference in bleeding between the groups ( P <0.05). There was no significant difference in Apgar grade between the groups ( P >0.05). Conclusion Pushing up the cervix with hand during parturition can promote the parturition and avoid more bleeding in the course.
