| 摘 要： | 目的：评价Ｂ超对女性盆腔包块的诊断价值。方法：对８４例经手术、病理等方法证实的女性盆腔包块的超声诊断进行分析，并分析误诊原因。结果：超声诊断正确率分别为子宫肌瘤组９１４３％；卵巢肿瘤组８４２１％；异位妊娠组８０％；滋养层细胞肿瘤组８８８９％；盆腔炎性包块组８３３３％。结论：Ｂ超对女性盆腔包块的诊断有较高的价值。

| Abstract: | Objective: To invesigate the value of B mode ultrasound in diagnosis offemale pelvio lumps in 84 patients. Methods: Analyzing the B ultrasound dianosis of 84 cases with pelvio lumps,which were later proved by surgical and pathological methods,and the cause of misdiagnosis. Result: The accuracy of B mode ultrasound in diagnosis of uterine myoma,ovarian tumor,extra-uterine gestation,trophoblastic tumor and pelvio inflammatory lumps were 91.43%,84.21%.80%,88.89%,and 83.33%respectively. Conclusion: B mode ultrasound is of great value in diagnosis of female pelvio lumps. |
