应用显微外科技术修复单侧唇裂

目的 报道应用显微外科技术修复单侧唇裂的临床效果，提出唇裂显微外科整复术的微创概念。方法 结合单侧唇裂整复术的最新进展对唇裂修复更精细的成形技术要求，术者在2．0—3．0倍的便携式手术显微镜下采用现代显微外科技术对48例单侧唇裂进行了唇裂显微外科整复术，术后2wk观察修复效果，评价临床应用价值。结果 48例均得到随访，其中45例唇部切口瘢痕、唇峰吻合线、鼻堤等3个内容整复效果良好。3例整复效果一般。结论 唇裂整复术理念上的进步对提高唇裂的整复效果有着重要的指导意义。

Application of Microsurgical Technique for Repairing Unilateral Cheilognathus

Objective To report clinical efficacy of microsurgical technique for repairing unilateral cheilognathus, and to present mini-invasive concept of microsurgical plasty for cheilognathus. Methods Based on the tectonic technical requirement for more subtle repair for cheilognathus introduced by recent advance in unilateral cheilognathus plasty, operators performed the microsurgical plasty for cheilognathus under 1.0 to 3.0 power portable microscope in 48 patients with unilateral cheilognathus by utilizing modern microsurgical technique. The repair efficacy at postoperative 4 weeks was observed and the clinical value was assessed. Results Of all 48 cases of follow-up, 45 obtained favorable efficacy in 3 aspects such as incisional scar in labial part, anastomotic line of lip peak and agger nasi but 3 demonstrated common tectonic efficacy. Conclusion The progression in concepts of cheilognathus plasty can provide major guidance for increased plasty efficacy in cheilognathus.
