齐拉西酮与利培酮治疗精神分裂症的对照研究

目的:通过与利培酮的对比,评价齐拉西酮治疗精神分裂症的临床疗效及安全性。方法:选择100例随机分两组,分别为齐拉西酮组(治疗组)、利培酮组(对照组),各50例。分别给予齐拉西酮和利培酮治疗,疗程设为8周,用简明精神病评定量表(BPRS)、阳性症状量表(SAPS)、阴性症状量表(SANS)评定临床疗效。结果:疗程结束时治疗组有效率为90%,对照组有效率为88%,两组疗效相仿,差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。常见不良反应治疗组为38%,对照组为52%;但对照组锥体外系反应、体重增加、性功能障碍发生率明显高于治疗组(P<0.05)。结论:到第8周末,两组疗效相当,不良反应齐拉西酮组明显少于利培酮组。

Comparison of Ziprasidone and Risperidone in the treatment of schizophrenia

Objective To evaluate the clinical curative effect and security of Ziprasidone and Risperidone in the treatment of schizophrenia.Method Total 100 cases were divided into two groups randomly,as Ziprasidone group （the treatment group） and Risperidone group （the control group） ,40 cases in each group,and the course was 8 weeks.The clinical effect was assessed with BPRS,ASPS and SANS.Results The effective rate of the treatment group was 90% ,and 88% in the control group,the difference between the two groups wasn’t significant （P〉0.05） .The common side effects of the treatment group accounted for 38% ,and 52% in the control group,the difference was significant （P〈0.05） .Conclusion At the end of 8 weeks,the effects of the two groups are familiar,the side effects of Ziprasidone is fewer than Risperidone.
