某医学院女大学生体质现状分析

目的 分析评价昆明医学院女大学生体质现状.方法 随机抽样昆明医学院2010级18～20岁600名女大大学生,按照<国家学生体质健康标准>进行测试和评定.结果 身体形态指标中体重变异系数较大,肥胖检出率为21%,但发育正常;身体素质指标中柔韧素质较好,下肢爆发力、腰腹肌力量差;身体机能指标中呼吸机能较好,心血管机能差.结论 昆明医学院女大学生身体形态总体发育正常,个体间体重差别较大,身体素质较差.

Physical Conditions of Female Students in A Medical Universtiy

Objective To analyze the physical conditions of femal students in Kunming Medical University.Method 600 female students in grade 2010,18～20 years,in Kunming Medical University,were randomly sampled and were tested and evaluated according to the National Student Physical Health Standard.Results The coefficient of variation of body weight was the highest in body shape indices,the detection rate of obesity was 21%,but the body development was normal.The flexibility was good in the physical indicators,the explosive power of lower limb and the waist and abdominal strength were poor.The respiratory function was better in the body function indicators,the cardiovascular function was poor.Conclusion The overall body development of femal students in Kunming Medical University is normal,the body weight has difference between individuals,and the physical fitness is poor.
