| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨三叉神经第Ⅲ支多分支撕脱术治疗三叉神经痛的疗效。方法:对29例原发性三叉神经第Ⅲ支痛患者,采用口内翼下颌韧带旁升支前缘径路,并附加颏孔区前庭沟径路,实施三叉神经第Ⅲ支多分支撕脱。结果:术后观察0.5～5年未见复发,分支撕脱区域仍有麻木感。结论:对原发性三叉神经第Ⅲ支痛采用三叉神经第Ⅲ支多分支撕脱术,可以提高治疗效果,是一种值得选择的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective: To evaluate clinical effects of ramification avulsion of inferior maxillary nerve in management of trigeminal neuralgia.Methods: 29 cases of idiopathic trigeminal neuralgia were retrospectively reviewed.Nerve avulsion was included inferior maxillary nerve and mental nerve branches.Results: There was no recurrence of neuralgia during 0.5-5 years follow-up.Loss of sensation and numbness was a result of nerve ramification.Conclusion: Ramification avulsion of inferior maxillary nerve may improve the therapeutic results and may be a facultative treatment for trigeminal neuralgia. |
