| 摘 要： | 目的 了解医学院校本科生心理健康水平,为进一步开展心理健康教育与干预提供依据.方法 采用心理卫生自评量表(SCL-90)对487名昆明医学院本科生进行问卷调查分析.结果 医学生心理健康水平整体低于全国常模;男生女生心理健康水平较为接近;不同专业学生心理健康水平由高到低排列分别是临床医学专业、护理专业和预防医学专业,体质健康测试优秀与良好的学生心理健康状况好于及格的学生.结论 学校应有针对性地对医学生的进行心理卫生指导,也要充分发挥体育对学生身心健康的促进作用.

| Abstract: | Objective To find out medical college students’ health psychological status and provide evidence for their psychological health education and prevention.Method 487 students of Kunming Medical University were investigated by SCL-90 questionare.Results The students’ psychological health status is worse than normal level.The psychological health status of male is similar to female.The psychological health levels of students with different majors are:Clinical Medicine>Nursing>Preventive Medicine.Conclusion It is necessary to put more attention on the psychological health instruction to the medical college students.Meanwhile,we should advance students’ constitution and psychological health by means of P.E. |
