| 摘 要： | 种植义齿已广泛应用于牙列缺失和牙列缺损修复,伴随着上部修复体出现各种并发症后的妥善处理也成了临床棘手的问题。笔者针对粘接固位型种植单冠出现并发症后的拆卸困难的技术问题,研发出一种单冠取出器。该器械能缩短医生椅旁操作时间,减轻患者不适感,降低义齿修理维护成本,给临床医生操作带来极大方便。这种新型器械的研发具有临床意义及商业价值。
