三步法综合治疗婴幼儿泪囊炎的临床分析及护理体会

目的:探讨婴幼儿泪囊炎的综合治疗及护理体会。方法:对286例(326眼)婴幼儿泪囊炎患儿采用了泪囊区挤压按摩、泪道加压冲洗、泪道探通术三步法综合治疗并于各环节给予相应护理。结果:经综合治疗随访6个月,286例(326眼),治愈325眼,治愈率99.69%。结论:婴幼儿泪囊炎以综合治疗为宜,3个月～6个月及以上的婴幼儿需泪道加压冲洗或泪道探通术的比较3个月内婴儿更高。婴幼儿泪囊炎治疗过程中良好的护理工作可以提高治疗的顺应性。

Clinical Study and Nursing of Combined Therapy for Neonatal Dacryocystitis

Objective To study the clinicaI effect of combined modality therapy on neonataI dacryocystitis.Methods 286 patients(326 eyes) with neonataI dacryocystitis underwent combined modality therapy with massotherapy,pressure irrigation and probing of lacrimal passage.Results 325 eyes were cured by combined therapy when follow up 6 month,recovery rate was 99.69%.Conclusion Combined modality therapy is effective to neonatal dacryocystitis,baby who was more than 3 month has more possibility to undergo pressure irrigation and probing of lacrimal passage.Favourable nursing service is helpful for therapeutic complaisance
