中西医结合治疗肾病综合征临床观察

目的：观察中西医结合治疗肾病综合征的临床疗效。方法：选取60例肾病综合征患者，随机分为对照组22例和治疗组38例。对照组给予强的松及环磷酰胺治疗，治疗组在对照组基础之上加用肾安汤加减治疗，两组均以3个月为1个疗程。结果：治疗组总有效率为89．47％，对照组总有效率为72．72％，两者差异有统计学意义（P〈O．05），在改善血液流变学方面，治疗组在治疗前后具有显著变化，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），而对照组略有改善，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。两组在降低患者总胆固醇、血浆黏度方面具有显著疗效，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），在升高患者白蛋白、降低三酰甘油方面，治疗组疗效更确切（P〈O．05）。结论：中西医结合方法治疗肾病综合征，在提高疗效，减少激素副作用，降低复发率等方面有较好的疗效。

Clinical Observation of Effects of Integrated Chinese And Western Medicine on Nephrotic Syndrome

Objective：To observe the clinical effects of integrated Chinese and western medicine on nephritic syndrome. Methods： 60 cases with nephritic： syndrome chosen randomly were divided into the control group（ 22 cases） and the treatment group（ 38 ca- ses）. The control group was treated by prednisone and cyclophosphamide;the treatment group was added the modified Shen＇ an Decoction on the basis of the same treatment as the control group. 3 months was a treatment group for both groups, Results ：The to- tal effective rate of the treatment group was 89.47% ,while the control group 72.72%. The difference had statistical significance （ P 〈 0.05 ）. In the aspect of the hemodynamic flow improvement, remarkable change in the treatment group appeared after the treatment. The difference had statistical significance （ P 〈 0.05 ） while the improvement in the control group was slight and the difference didn＇t have statistical significance （ P 〉 O. 05 ）. Both groups had significant effects for reducing total cholesterol and plasma viscosity. The difference had statistical significance （ P 〈 0.05 ）. In the aspect of improving albumin and reducing triglycer- ide, the effect of the treatment group was exacter（ P 〈 O. 05 ）. Conclusion ： The therapy of the integrated Chinese and western medi- cine has good effects in the aspects of improving the efficacy, reducing the hormonal side effbcts and recurrence rate during the treatment of nephritic syndrome.
