| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨高频超声引导下对乳腺肿块进行经皮穿刺活检的临床价值。方法：对20例乳腺肿块患者采用ALOKA-a5超声诊断仪、7.5-10 MHz高频探头、Bard活检枪对乳腺肿块进行穿刺活检。结果：20例患者均穿刺成功,穿刺成功率100%,获取组织52块。病理检查：良性14例、恶性6例。结论：高频超声引导下穿刺活检,能确定乳腺肿块的病理性质,对指导临床手术和治疗有重要的价值。

| Abstract: | Objective： To explore the value of high - resolution ultrasound - guided percutaneous biopsy of breast neoplasms. Methods： ALOKA - a5 ultrasound instrument and Bard automatic biopsy device were applied for percutaneous puncture in breast neoplasms. Tissue samples were harvested for pathologic examination. Results：Twenty patients succeeded in percutaneous biopsy with sampling rate of 100% .. In these patients there were 14malignancies, 6 benigrr Conclusions： High - resolution Ultrasound guided percutaneous puncture biopsy is of great importance for pathologic diagnosis and for leading clinical operation and treatment of breast neoplasms. |
