| 摘 要： | 局部晚期鼻咽癌的治疗以放、化综合治疗为主, 方案有诱导化疗、同期放化疗和辅助化疗及其不同的组合。同期放化疗(或加辅助化疗)是NCCN指南推荐的治疗方式。鼻咽癌的新辅助化疗虽然对提高总生存作用尚不肯定, 但是其高缓解率及减少远处转移的潜能, 可能使部分患者受益。含有紫杉类药物的新辅助化疗方案、靶向药物联合同期化疗亦成为临床研究的热点。

| Abstract: | Radiotherapies combined with chemotherapy, such as neo-adjuvant chemotherapy, concomitant chemo-radiotherapy, and adjuvant chemotherapy, are recommended in the treatment of loco-regionally advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC).Concurrent chemo-radiotherapy is the standard treatment for advanced NPC.Although whether neo-adjuvant chemotherapy could improve the overall survival still remains uncertain, this treatment can increase the response rate and potentially eradicate the subclinical metastasis in patients with advanced NPC.The addition of paclitaxel and cisplatin-based neo-adjuvant chemotherapy has shown potential in terms of therapeutic efficacy and safety.The clinical trials of the neo-adjuvant chemotherapy combined with subsequent chemo-radiotherapy are more widely studied than independent radiotherapy and chemotherapy.Targeted therapy in combination with radiotherapy and chemotherapy is also popular in current studies. |
