| 摘 要： | 目的探讨老年人大肠癌致急性肠梗阻的诊断、外科治疗及围手术期处理。方法分析1995年1月至2009年7月行手术治疗的64例大肠癌致急性肠梗阻的老年病人临床资料。结果老年人大肠癌致急性肠梗阻的术前确诊率为50．0％（32／64）。行一期切除吻合术19例；Hartmann手术35例；单纯结肠造瘘术6例；Mileg术4例。术后并发症发生率为14．1％。结论对于大肠癌致急性肠梗阻的老年患者应及时诊断，准确把握手术时机，合理选择手术方式，不宜过分追求一期切除吻合。同时加强围手术期处理是保证手术成功的重要基础。
