| 摘 要： | 目的:利用正交试验设计优选提取断血流有效成分的工艺条件.方法:以醉鱼草皂苷Ⅵb的含量为指标,通过L9(34)正交试验设计,对提取工艺的加水量、煎煮时间、乙醇用量和乙醇浓度4个因素进行优选研究,以筛选出断血流的最佳提取工艺条件.结果:影响提取的主次因素为:煎煮时间>乙醇用量>加水量>乙醇浓度.优选得到的最佳提取工艺条件是用12倍量水煎煮3 h,提取液浓缩后加入1.7倍95%乙醇混匀,静置过夜,取上清液浓缩干燥即得.结论:本工艺条件科学合理,稳定可行,可有效保证产品质量.
