| 摘 要： | 目的]探讨脑电监测在颠叶癫痛手术的应用价值。【方法】应用视频脑电图（VEEG）结合术前临床症状、影像学检查确定致痫灶，术中脑电监测下手术治疗颞叶癫痫60例，按术后评价分类法评’定疗效。【结果】术后疗效满意者38例（63％）；显著改善者17例（28％）；良好者3例（5％）；较差者2例（3％）；总有效率91％。【结论】脑电图是颞叶癫痫术前定位的主要检查手段，手术前致痫灶的精确定位和术中脑电图监测对提高手术疗效至关重要。

| Abstract: | Objective] To study the value of electrocorticography in temporal lobe epilepsy surgery. Methods] Video-EEG combining preoperative clinical symptom and image were used to determine the localization of epileptic focus. Sixty cases of temporal lobe epilepsy were operated under electrocorticography monitoring during operation. Results] The curative effects were satisfactory in 38 cases （63%）, significant improvement in 17 cases （28%） and good in 3 cases （5%）. The total effective rate was 91%. Conclusion] EEG is the major means to determine the preoperative localization of temporal lobe epilepsy and the precise position of preoperative epileptic focus. Electrocortieography is very important to improve surgical outcome. |
