国产奥美拉唑短程三联疗法根除幽门螺杆菌的疗效观察

目的：观察国产奥美拉唑短程三联疗法的幽门螺杆菌（Hp)根除率，症状改善情况及不良反应。方法：69例Hp阳性的消化性溃疡或慢性胃窦炎病人，随即分为观察组和对照组，观察组以国产奥美拉唑20mg，替硝唑500mg，进口克拉霉素250mg，口服，一次两次，对照组治疗同观察组，将国产奥美拉唑改为进口奥美拉唑，疗程均为7天，疗程结束4周后复查胃镜及Hp，结果：观察组，对照组Hp根除率分别为85．7％和88．2％，症状改善有效率分别为94．3％和97．1％，不良反应发生率分别为17．1％和14．7％，均能耐受，两者比较差异无显著意义，P＞0．05，结论：两组疗效相近，均无严重不良反应，提示国产奥美拉唑可替代进口奥美拉唑用于Hp根除。

Effect observation of short course triple therapy for eradicating helicabacter pylori with domestic omeprazol.

Objective:To observe the eradication rate?symptom improvement and side effect of short course triple therapy for helicobacter pylori(Hp) with domestic omeprazol.Methods:69 patients of peptic ulcer or chronic antrum gastritis with helicobacter pylori(Hp) positive finging were randomly divided into observation and control group.The patients in the observation group were treated with domestic omeprazol 20mg,tinidazole 500mg and imported clarithromycin 25omg Orally each time,two times a day.the rest in the control group were treated atthe same method with that in the observatiom,but the domestic omepraol was changed over to imported omeprazol,the therapeutic course was 7 eays in each group.Four weeks after treatment the reexamination of gastrocope and HP was done.Results:The eradication rate of HP in the observation and control group was 85.7% and 88.2% respectively The effective rate of symptom improvement was 94.1% and 97.1% respectively.The occurrence rate of side effect was 17.1% and 14.7% respectively,all of them could endure.There was no significant difference between two groups.Conclusion:The curative effect of two groups is very close,with no serious side effect.The above results prompt that the imported omeprazol may be substituted with domestic omeprazol for eradicating HP.
