| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨微创钻孔穿刺引流冲洗术治疗慢性硬脑膜下血肿的临床疗效。方法：采用YL-I型一次性颅内血肿穿刺针在局麻下对26例慢性硬脑膜下血肿患者行微创钻孔穿刺引流冲洗术观察其疗效。结果：经治疗有25例患者治愈。治愈率为96．2％，术后无手术并发症。有一例血肿包膜厚有钙化，术后复发，行骨瓣开颅血肿切除术治愈。结论：微创钻孔穿刺引流冲洗术是一种简捷、安全，微创、有效的治疗慢性硬脑膜下血肿的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of treatment of chronic subdural hematoma with draining and swilling after mini-invasive puncture.Methods:26 patients with chronic subdural hematoma were underwent the operation with drai- ning and swilling after mini-invasive puncture by YL-1 puncture pin for intracranial hematoma.Results:There were 25 patients cured by this treatment(96.2%) and no patient with postoperative complication.One patient was cured by craniotomy and the calcified hematoma was cleared.Con... |
