| 摘 要： | 本文用放射免疫(双抗体-PEG)法对24例慢性细菌前列腺炎、36例慢性非细菌性前列腺炎、54例前列腺痛及13例正常人前列腺液中IgG、IgA含量进行了测定,并对14例慢性细菌性前列腺炎病人进行了前列腺液抗体包裹细菌(ACB)检查,发现慢性细菌性及慢性非细菌性前列腺炎病人前列腺液中IgG、IgA含量均明显高于正常人组和前列腺痛组。前列腺痛组与正常人组无差别。ACB检查阳性组的IgG及IgA含量均明显高于慢性非细菌性前列腺组,提示这些检查对慢性前列腺炎的诊断及鉴别诊断有参考价值。

| Abstract: | IgA and IgG in male expressed prostatitic fluid (EPF) were assayed by radioimmilnolgical method for 21 patients with chronic bacterial pmstatitis (CBP), 36 cases with chronic nonbacterial pmstatitis(CNP), 51 patients with prostatodynia and 13 normal control individuals. We also performed antibody-coated bacterial(ACB)tests for 14 patients with chronic bacterial prostatitis. It was found that IgG , IgA in EPF of both CNP and CUP groups were significantly higher that those of the-prostatodynia group,but there was no significant difference between the prostatodyynia and the nor-mal control grouups. IgG and IgA of ACB positive group were higher than those of ACB negative group. It is suggested that these tests are available for diagnosis and differencial diagnosic of chronicprostatitis. |
