拉西地平联合阿托伐他汀对高血压合并颈动脉粥样斑块患者粥样斑块的影响

目的探讨高血压患者合并颈动脉粥样板块使用拉西地平联合阿托伐他汀的干预作用。方法选取70例合并颈动脉斑块的高血压患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，采用彩色多普勒超声检查颈动脉内膜中层厚度（IMT）、颈动脉斑块数、颈动脉斑块积分，研究组予以拉西地平4～8mg1次／d、阿托伐他汀20mg1次／d，对照组使用拉西地平4～8mg1次／d，12周后复查上述指标。结果两组比较，治疗组联合拉西地平和阿托伐他汀治疗后显著减低IMT、颈动脉斑块数、颈动脉斑块积分，分别为（1．08±0．26）vs（1．244±0．18）mm、（1．94±0．5）w（2．6±0．7）和（3．08±1．35）US（4．15±1．27）mg／L，P〈0．05。结论合并动脉硬化的高血压患者联合使用拉西地平和阿托伐他汀能更为有于促进动脉斑块消退。

Effect of lacidipine combined with atorvastatin on patients suffering hypertension with carotid atheromatous plaque

Objective To investigate the effects to control hypertension with carotid atheromatous plaque by lacidipine combined with atorvastatin. Methods To select 70 patients suffered by hypertension, combined with carotid atheromatous plaque, and divided into treatment group and control group randomly. The treatment group are therapyed by laeidipine with 4-8 mg qd and atorvastatin 20 mg qn;The control group were therapyed by laeidipine with 4-8 mg qd, carotid artery were assessed by high-resolution ultrasound technique before treatment in all patients. Monitored those afterl2 weeks, and analyse the result. Results The therapy by lacidipine combined with atorvastatin in treatment group decreases IMT,the number of atheromatous plaque and accumulate points of atheromatous plaque after 12 weeks significantly. Conclusion Therapy to reduce atheromatous plaque by laeidipine combined with atorvastatin in hypertension with carotid atheromatous plaque is more effective than that by lacidipine single.
