| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨甲状腺乳头状癌组织中CD105的表达及其临床意义.方法 应用免疫细胞化学SP法检测60例甲状腺乳头状癌存档蜡块标本中CD105的表达.同时检测正常甲状腺组织20例、良性甲状腺肿瘤30例标本作为对照.结果 正常甲状腺组织、良性甲状腺肿瘤标本50例,均无CD105的表达.甲状腺乳头状癌标本60例中41例CD105表达阳性,阳性率68.3%;其中有淋巴结转移的标本39例中34例(87.2%)阳性表达,无淋巴结转移的标本21例中7例(33.3%)阳性表达,二者比较,差异有统计学意义.结论 CD105在正常甲状腺组织、良性甲状腺组织的血管中无表达,在甲状腺乳头状癌组织中CD105呈高表达.CD105标记的微血管密度(MVD)值增高,是甲状腺乳头状癌病情进展和肿瘤转移的重要信号.CD105高表达,MVD值越高,肿瘤转移性越强,预后越差.CD105可以作为一项预测甲状腺乳头状癌潜在性转移的参考benwenj指标.

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the expression of CD105 in papillary thyroid carcinoma tissues(PTC). Methods The expression of endnglin (CD105) was detected by immuneohistochemical staining(SP) in 60 cases of paraffin-embedded tissue blocks. 50 cases of normal thyroid tissue and benign thyroid tumor tissue(NTBT) were en-rolled as a control group. Results NTBT didn't detect the expression of CD105. 41 of 60 cases showed a positive expression in PTC group. Among them, 34 of 39 cases showed lymphatic metastasis. Conclision The expressions of CD105 can not be detected in NTBT. PTC showed an over expression of CDI05. Increase of MVD marked by CD105 indicates a bad prognosis and PTC invasion. CD105 may be a good tumor marker in detecting potential me-tastasis in PTC. |
