腹腔镜微创疗法与传统手术疗法在急腹症上的比较及效果分析

目的探讨腹腔镜微创疗法对急腹症患者的临床疗效。方法选择上饶市立医院及万年县中医院2009年9月-2012年6月收治的86例急腹症患者,将患者平均为两组各43例。在基础药物治疗的基础上,治疗组采用腹腔镜微创疗法,对照组采用传统的手术治疗,统计分析两组疗效。结果术后治疗组与对照组的总有效率分别为93.02%（40/43）、81.40%（35/43）,两组比较差异显著（P〈0.05）,治疗组所有患者均在腹腔镜下完成手术,无中转开腹。治疗组患者体温的恢复、肛门排便、腹胀腹痛消失的时间与对照组比较明显缩短（P〈0.05）。结论与传统手术疗法比较,腹腔镜微创疗法治疗急腹症的临床疗效更佳确切,有效缓解急腹症的相关症状,恢复时间明显缩短,是临床较为有效的治疗急腹症的手段。

The comparison and analysis of the effect for laparoscopic minimally invasive therapy with traditional surgical therapy in the treatment of acute abdomen

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of laparoscopic minimally invasive therapy for patients with acute abdomen.Methods 86 cases of patients with acute abdomen in our hospital from September 2010 to December 2011were chosen.They were divided into two groups of 43 cases in each group with an average standard.On the basis of the basis of drug treatment,the treatment group was treated with laparoscopic minimally invasive therapy,and the control group was taken with traditional surgical treatment.The clinical effects of the two groups were taken for statistical analysis.Results The total effective rates of the postoperative treatment group and the control group were 93.02%(40/43),81.40%(35/43),the difference was significant(P <0.05).All patients in the treatment group were taken with the laparoscopic surgery,without laparotomy.The recovery of body temperature,defecation,abdominal distension,abdominal pain disappear in the treatment group was significantly shorter than the control group(P <0.05).Conclusion Compared with the traditional surgical therapy,the clinical efficacy of laparoscopic minimally invasive in the treatment of acute abdomen is better.It can exact effectively alleviate the symptoms of the acute abdomen and the recovery time is significantly shortened.It is a more effective means of treatment of acute abdomen in the clinical.
