| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨白介素-8(interleukin-8,IL-8)在子宫内膜异位症(endometriosis,EMT)患者的在位子宫内膜中的表达水平及其在EMT发病中的作用。方法:采用免疫荧光方法与Western Blot检测并比较IL-8在EMT患者在位内膜和正常子宫内膜中的表达水平。结果:(1)免疫荧光检测结果显示IL-8在内膜腺体和间质细胞中均有表达,主要定位于内膜腺体的腺泡浆。正常子宫内膜分泌期IL-8的表达(26.577±3.202)高于增生期(17.204±1.905)(P<0.05);EMT在位内膜分泌期IL-8的表达(49.122±5.390)高于其增生期(38.506±2.744)(P<0.01);EMT在位内膜IL-8的表达高于正常子宫内膜(P<0.01);(2)Western Blot结果显示:正常子宫内膜分泌期IL-8的表达(0.346±0.035)与其增生期(0.076±0.015)相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);EMT在位内膜分泌期IL-8的表达(0.659±0.043)高于其增生期(0.437±0.0428)(P<0.01);EMT在位内膜IL-8的表达高于正常子宫内膜(P<0.01)。结论:IL-8可能在病变中起重要作用。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the role of IL-8 in the eutopic endometriosis.Methods: Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the protein expression of IL-8 in the eutopic endometrium,with the endometrium of nomal fertile women as control.Results: Immunofluorescence: All tissue sections have expression of IL-8 in both gland and stroma,but the expression mainly located in gland.The showed no difference between the(14.743±2.095) and(16.183±3.036)(P>0.05).In normal endometrium,expression of IL-8 was significantly higher in proliferative phase(17.204±1.905) than that in secretory phase(26.577±3.202).The expression level of IL-8 in secretory phase(49.122±5.390) was higher than that in proliferative phase(38.506±2.744)(P<0.01).Compared with the normal endometrium,the expression level of IL-8 in EMT eutopic endometrium phase was increased(P<0.01) in both secretory phase and proliferative phase.Western Blot: In normal endometrium,expression of IL-8 was significantly higher in proliferative phase(0.076±0.015)than that in secretory phase(0.346±0.035).The significant difference existed between secretory phase(0.659±0.043) and proliferative phase(0.437±0.0428) in EMT eutopic endometrium(P<0.01).Com-pared with the normal endometrium,the expression level of IL-8 in EMT eutopic endometrium was increased(P<0.05,P<0.01) in both secretory phase and proliferative phase.Conclusion: IL-8 may play an important role in the pathogenesis of endometriosis. |
