精液脱落细胞检测在无精子症中的应用价值

目的 依据精液中各细胞的检出及形态学特征,作为睾丸生殖功能的评估有效指标。方法 对无精子症患者精液标本进行离心,取沉淀物涂片,瑞-姬氏染色,油镜下对各类细胞进行鉴别、分类和计数。结果无精子症患者精液中存在不同类别和数量的生精细胞、白细胞及支持细胞。结论 精液脱落细胞学检测对精液中圆形细胞的区分、鉴别无精子症类型、睾丸生殖功能评估及预测精子的发生、发展具有重要价值,应积极开展。

Application Value of Detection of Sperm Cells Exfoliated in the Absence of Sperm

Objective To investigate semen off cytologicalexamination in the absence of clinical application of sperm.MethodsSemen samples from patients with azoospermia were centrifuged,thesediment was smeared.With JiShi staining,oil microscopically was used to identify,classify and count all kinds of cells.Results Semensamples from patients with azoospermia could be detected in different categories and the number of sperm cells,white blood cells and supporting cells.Conclusion Semen off cytological examination for differentiationof round cells in semen,identifying types of azoospermia,evaluation of reproductive function of testis and forecasting the occurrence and development of sperm has important value,should actively carry out.
