药物治疗Graves病停药后复发的相关因素研究进展

Graves病是一种器官特异性自身免疫性甲状腺疾病.目前主要有抗甲状腺药物、放射性131Ⅰ和手术切除3种治疗方法.亚欧国家绝大多数医师首选抗甲状腺药物治疗,其方便、经济、安全,发生永久性甲状腺功能减退少见,但停药后复发率高.其复发与遗传易感基因、疾病自身特点、免疫及环境等多种因素相关.明确其复发相关因素,以便临床医师指导患者的个体化治疗.

Factors associated with the relapse of Graves' hyperthyroidism after antithyroid withdrawal

Graves' disease is an organ-specific autoimmune thyroid disease. At present, there are mainly three kinds of therapies, such as antithyroid drug, radioactive 131Ⅰ and surgery. Antithyroid drug therapy is mostly used, as it is convenient, economical and safe. However, the rate of relapse after antithyroid with-drawal is high. The relapse is associated with genetic factors, disease characteristics, immune and environmen-tal factors and so on. Factors associated with the relapse should be identified in order to guide the individual treatment for patients.
