| 摘 要： | 目的测定黄芩滴眼液的渗透压.方法根据人体的耐受程度,应用冰点渗透压计测定黄芩滴眼液的渗透压耐受范围.结果黄芩滴眼液的渗透压在人眼可耐受的渗透压范围.结论黄芩滴眼液可达等渗与等张要求.

| Abstract: | Objective:To measure the osmotic pressure of HUANGQIN eye-drops by apparatus.Method:The HUANGQIN eye- drops'osmotic pressure tolerant range was studied according to the tolerance to the patience.Result:HUANGQIN eye-drops'osmotic pressure was similar to osmotic pressure of human eye's tolerance.Conclusion:HUANGQIN eye-drops is isosmotic solution and isotonic solution. |
