鲍曼不动杆菌的临床分布特征及耐药性分析

目的:分析医院感染常见非发酵菌鲍曼不动杆菌的分布特征及耐药情况。方法:常规方法进行细菌培养鉴定,K-B法检测鲍曼不动杆菌对10种抗生素的药敏结果。结果:189株鲍曼不动杆菌分布各异,对10种抗生素均存在耐药,耐药率为9.2%～79.3%。结论:鲍曼不动杆菌已成为医院感染的重要致病菌,对多种抗生素存在高耐药率,而且耐药率在逐年上升,指导临床合理用药,药敏检测工作具有非常重要的意义。

The Analysis on Resistance and Clinical Distribution Characteristics of Acinetobacter Baumannii

Objective To analyze the characteristics of clinical distribution and the resistance of common non-fermen- tative Acinetobacter baumannii in hospital infection.Methods To identify the bacteria culture in conventional method,K-B was used to detect these types of Acinetobacter baumannii to 10 antimicrobial agents in sensitive results.Results 189 cas- es' Acinetobacter baumannii were different distribution,they were detected to 10 antimicrobial agents in sensitive results, the resistance was 9.2%～79.3%.Conclusions Acinetobacter baumannii has become a major hospital infection pathogens, there was a high rate for a variety of antibiotic resistance,and the resistance rate is rising year on year.It may be of impor- tant value for instructing to apply drugs reasonably,and examining susceptibility testing work.
