一所综合医院的医院感染现患率调查分析

目的：了解综合医院感染现患率状况，为制定医院感染控制措施提供可靠依据。方法：以2001年6月27日零时--24时所有住院病人为调查对象，采取床旁逐个询问、体检和查阅住院病历调查相结合的方法，并按全国医院感染监控网的要求逐项填写个案调查表。结果：调查当日住院病人246例(应查250例)，实查率为98．40％，发生医院感染12例，医院感染率为4。88％。在医院感染部位中手术部位感染4例，占33．33％；泌尿道感染4例，占33．33％，两者并居首位，其次是皮肤软组织感染3例，占25％；下呼吸道感染1例，占8.33％。结论：改进监测方法，减少侵入性操作，合理应用抗生素是降低医院感染率的关键。

A Survey on Nosocomial Infecetions in A General Hospital

Objective;To etimate the status of nosocomial infections in a general hospital so as to give the basis of control measures to nosocomial infections. Methods: All hospitalized patients in the hospital on June 27 2001 were investigated by bed-visiting, and body checking, combining with refering of their history of diseases. Results;Of the 246 patients investigated, 12 patients had nosocomial infections, including urinary tract infection 4 cases (33. 33% ) , gastrointestinal tract infection 4 cases (33. 33% ), skin-soft tract infection 3 cases (25% ) , and respiratory tract infection 1 case (8. 33% ). The general infection rate of the hospital was 4. 88%. Conclusion;To improve surveillance method, reduce intruding manipulation, and reasonablly use antibiotics are the key to decrease nosocomial infection.
