| 摘 要： | 目的观察氨碱茶对老年人淋巴细胞增殖及凋亡的影响.方法选取34例健康老年自愿者,进行了3种不同剂量口服氨茶碱试验,并设正常组做对照.结果小剂量组(0.125 mg/kg)对免疫功能有明显的促进作用,进一步探讨发现小剂量茶碱可促进B淋巴细胞增殖(P＜0.05),对T细胞增殖无影响,小剂量茶碱对PHA刺激后的T淋巴细胞的凋亡有明显的抑制作用(P＜0.05).结论小剂量茶碱对老年人群的淋巴细胞有明显的促进作用. |

| Abstract: | ? Objective To evaluate the immunoloregulation effect of aminophylline in the aged. Methods 24 elderly healthy volunteers were intravenously dripped with 3 different doses of aminophylline and 10 controls with saline for 40 days, respectively, and the lymphocyte proliferation and lymphocyte apoptosis were determined. Results Our results show that small dose aminophylline (0.125 mg/kg) have obvious promotion on immunological function, in which it can accelerate B lymphocytes to proliferate (P<0.05), but have no influence on T lymphocytes. In addition, small dose of aminophylline have transparent inhibition on the apoptosis of T lymphocytes irritated by PHA (P<0.05). Conclusion Small dose of aminophylline has obvious promotion on the lymphocytes in the aged. |
