| 摘 要： | 目的探讨乳管镜在乳头溢液性乳腺疾病诊断中的应用价值。方法分析2008年2月至2009年2月在本院行乳管镜检查的45例乳头溢液患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,术前诊断与术后病理诊断作对比分析。结果镜检诊断乳腺癌3例,导管内乳头状瘤10例,乳头状瘤病6例,乳腺增生及乳管扩张症21例,乳管炎症5例,经病理证实符合率分别为66.7%（2/3）、90%（9/10）、83.3%（5/6）、90.5%（19/21）、80%（4/5）。结论乳管镜能够更准确、直观明确乳头溢液性乳腺疾病的病因、病变范围及部位,是术前诊断以乳头溢液为表现的乳腺导管内乳头状瘤和导管内癌的有效手段。
