| 摘 要： | 目的观察化浊解毒方治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎胃排空患者的临床疗效。方法将60例患者随机分为治疗组30例和对照组30例。治疗组给予化浊解毒方，每Et1剂。早、晚两次空腹服；对照组给予胃复春片，每次4片，每天3次，饭前30min服用。两组均以1个月为1个疗程，共治疗2个疗程。两组在治疗时停用其他治疗慢性胃炎的药物。观察两组患者临床症状（包括胃脘胀满、堵闷、疼痛、嗳气、烧心等）。实验室检查：运用”c一呼气试验检测两组患者治疗前后胃对固体食物的排空情况，并进行症状积分，检测结果进行统计学分析。结果治疗组在临床疗效总有效率半排空时间（Tm）延迟相时间（Tlag）胃排空系数（GEC）优于对照组，两组统计学处理差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。治疗组和对照组均能改善胃动力，促进胃排空。结论运用化浊解毒方药，观察治疗前后慢性萎缩性胃炎患者胃排空指标和症状评分的变化，进一步证实化浊解毒方对本病患者胃肠动力方面的确切疗效，从而更好地指导临床实践。 |
