| 摘 要： | 目的通过监测钙通道阻滞剂尼莫地平干预下，新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病（HIE）患儿血清钙、NO及IL—18的变化，观察尼莫地平对HIE患儿病情缓解的积极作用，说明尼莫地平在治疗HIE中具有很好的应用前景及临床价值。方法将尼莫地平治疗组、常规治疗组、对照组分别于生后ld、3d、7d、14d检测血清钙、NO、IL一18。结果HIE患儿生后第l天Ca。含量较对照组降低，血清NO及IL—18含量较对照组均有升高，对比有统计学意义（P〈0．01）；且中、重度HIE患JLca2~含量低于轻度HIE患儿，血清NO及IL一18含量明显高于轻度HIE患儿，对比有统计学意义（P〈0．01）；经尼莫地平治疗的HIE患儿生后血清Ca“、NO及IL—18含量恢复正常时间明显早于常规治疗组，对比有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论血清Ca“、NO及IL一18含量与病情的严重程度相关，可以作为HIE病情变化的监测指标；尼莫地平可降低HIE所致的脑细胞损伤，提高对HIE的治疗疗效。
