| 摘 要： | 广东药学院通过落实三种培训：岗前培训，校本培训，二级学院培训。以赛促教，开展三项竞赛：师德师风演讲比赛，青年教师教学竞赛，多媒体课件大赛。以课堂教学为重心，实施三级听课制度：学校教学督导组听课，二级学院教学督导组听课，学科督导组听课。拓宽交流渠道，加强三类合作：产学研合作，国际交流合作，教学团队合作。逐渐完善三个体系：教学过程监控体系，教学质量反馈体系，教学质量评价体系，构建青年教师教学能力培养长效机制。
