摘    要:广东药学院通过落实三种培训:岗前培训,校本培训,二级学院培训。以赛促教,开展三项竞赛:师德师风演讲比赛,青年教师教学竞赛,多媒体课件大赛。以课堂教学为重心,实施三级听课制度:学校教学督导组听课,二级学院教学督导组听课,学科督导组听课。拓宽交流渠道,加强三类合作:产学研合作,国际交流合作,教学团队合作。逐渐完善三个体系:教学过程监控体系,教学质量反馈体系,教学质量评价体系,构建青年教师教学能力培养长效机制。
