胰腺癌和壶腹癌中P16蛋白及Ki-67的表达

目的研究Ｐ１６蛋白及Ｋｉ６７抗原在胰腺癌和壶腹癌中的表达及生物学意义．方法对３０例胰腺癌和３０例壶腹癌手术标本进行常规组织学处理，石蜡包埋，连续切片，ＨＥ染色确定其分化程度及有无淋巴结转移，用免疫组化ＳＰ法检测了Ｐ１６蛋白和Ｋｉ６７的表达情况．结果在两种肿瘤中，Ｐ１６的表示缺失率分别为５６７％和４６７％，随着肿瘤的分化程度不同，其缺失率也有显著差异；Ｋｉ６７在两组肿瘤中的表达率分别为５００％和３６７％，其表达和是否有淋巴结的转移有明显的关系．两种基因的表达在两组肿瘤中均无明显统计学差异．结论检测Ｐ１６蛋白和Ｋｉ６７在胰腺癌和壶腹癌中的表达，可以为辅助诊断及估计预后提供帮助，但是不能用来鉴别胰腺癌还是壶腹癌

Expression of P16 protein and Ki 67 in pancreatic and ampullar cancer

AIM To study the expression of P16 protein and Ki 67 in pancreatic and ampullar cancer. METHODS Thirty cases of pancreatic cancer and 30 cases of ampullar cancer specimens were obtained surgically. All samples were fixed with formalin, embedded with paraffin and sectioned serially. HE method was applied to test the differentiation degrees and lymph node metastasis. The expression of P16 protein and Ki 67 was detected by immunohistochemical method (S P method). RESULTS The frequency of P16 protein deletion was 56 7% and 46 7% respectively in both kinds of tumors. The frequency of deletion varied statistically with different degrees of differentiation. The positive rate of Ki 67 was 50 0% and 36 7% respectively, its expression was related to the lymph node metastasis. The expression of P16 protein and Ki 67 showed difference in two kinds of cancers, but without statistical significance. CONCLUSION Expression of P16 protein and Ki 67 may help with adjuvant diagnosis, and evaluate prognosis, but can not be used to differentiate pancreatic cancer from ampullar cancer.
