前房穿刺在青光眼持续高眼压状态下应用的临床分析

目的探讨前房穿刺术在高眼压持续状态下应用的疗效观察。方法对35例高眼压持续状态的患者,在应用常规降眼压药物治疗后仍不能有效降低眼压者,采用前房穿刺术,将眼压降至正常范围。结果所有患者经前房穿刺放液后有效的缓解了高眼压,保存了视力。结论前房穿刺术是青光眼高眼压持续状态下治疗的辅助措施,安全、有效、操作简便,能缩短降眼压时间,减轻因高眼压造成的视功能损害,为后续手术治疗创造了条件。

Clinical analysis of anterior chamber paracentesis in glaucoma with durative intraocular hypertension

Objetive To evaluate the efficacy of anterior chamber paracentesis in glaucoma with durative intraocularhypertension.Method35 cases with durative intraocular hypertension that had used conventional decreases IOP drugs underwentanterior chamber paracentesis.ResultsAll cases’intraocular hypertension were effectively alleviated after anterior chamberparacentesis.The vision is preserved.ConclusionAnterior chamber paracentesis is a safe,effective and easy way to handle durativeintraocular hypertension of glaucoma,which can reduce visual impairment and create the conditions for subsequent surgery.
