两种不同手术方式治疗声带良性病变的临床效果比较

目的 比较电子喉镜与支撑喉镜下行声带良性肿物切除的临床效果.方法 回顾性分析行声带良性肿物切除术的167例患者的临床资料,按手术方式的不同分为电子喉镜组84例,支撑喉镜组83例.比较两组手术的有效率和并发症发生率.结果 电子喉镜组有效率（97.6%,82/84）与支撑喉镜组（98.8%,82/83）比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）;支撑喉镜组术后并发症发生率（9.6%,8/83）明显高于电子喉镜组（1.2%,1/84）,差异有统计学意义（χ^2=4.137,P＜0.05）.结论 电子喉镜具有经济、简便、并发症少等优点,是细小有根蒂的声带息肉和声带小结首选手术方式.广基、较大的声带良性肿物首选支撑喉镜,其具有切除彻底、复发率低等优点,但要注意避免手术并发症的发生.

Comparison of the clinical effect of two different surgical procedure in the treatment of vocal cord benign lesions

Objective To compare the clinical effect of electronic laryngoscope and self-retaining laryngoscope in the treatment of vocal cord benign lesions. Methods The clinical data of 167 patients who received vocal cords benign neoplasm resection were retrospectively analyzed. According to different surgical methods, the patients were divided into electronic laryngoscope group （84 cases） and the self-retaining laryngoscope group （83 cases）. The effective rate and the incidence rate of complications were compared between the two groups. Results The effective rate of electron laryngoscope group was 97.6% （82/84） and that of the self-retaining laryngoscope group was 98.8% （82/83） ,the difference between the two groups was not significant （P 〉 0.05 ）. The incidence rate of postoperative complications of self-retaining laryngoscope group was 9. 6% （ 8/83 ）, which was obviously higher than that of electron laryngoscope group（ 1.2%, 1/84 ）, the difference was statistically significant （ ~2 = 4. 137, P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Electronic laryngoscope has advantages of economic, simple, less complications, it is the preferred surgical procedure of fine roots vocal polyps and vocal nodules. The wide base, larger vocal cords benign neoplasm preferred the self-retaining laryngoscope, and it has advantages of removed thoroughly and low recurrence rate, but should pay attention to avoid the surgical complications.
