| 摘 要： | 目的了解肝豆状核变性患者血清肝功能、尿铜和血清铜蓝蛋白的变化,分析其相关性。方法检测解肝豆状核变性患者血清中丙氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、总胆红素(TBIL)、直接胆红素(DBIL)和血清总蛋白(TP),白蛋白(ALB)、铜蓝蛋白(CP)的水平以及尿铜(U-cu)的水平。结果肝豆状核变性患者肝功能各项指标中以转氨酶升高为主,AST和ALT的异常检出率分别为44.18%和37.2%,血清转氨酶异常程度与尿铜、血清铜蓝蛋白变化无明显相关性。结论血清转氨酶异常对肝豆状核变性患者肝脏功能损害的早期发现具有重要意义,但转氨酶异常与尿铜、血清铜蓝蛋白的变化无明显相关性。
