Tei指数评价心肌梗死后心脏功能及与血浆N-末端脑钠肽前体的相关性

目的 探讨Tei指数评价心肌梗死后心脏功能及与血浆N-末端脑钠肽前体（NT-proBNP）的相关性.方法 选择86例心肌梗死后患者作为观察组,100例健康查体者作为对照组.彩超测定两组的左室射血分数（LVEF）和Tei指数,测定血浆NT-proBNP.结果 观察组患者的Tei指数和血浆NT-proBNP明显高于健康对照组（t=4.173,P〈0.05;t=6.2644,P〈0.01）;观察组患者组织多普勒Tei指数和血浆NT-proBNP有显著正相关关系（r=0.72,P〈0.05）;Tei指数的AUC为（0.87±0.06）,NT-proBNP的AUC为（0.89±0.08）,LVEF的AUC为（0.72±0.04）,Tei指数和NT-proBNP的AUC均显著大于LVEF的（t=2.725、2.172,均P〈0.05）.结论 Tei指数可以较准确反映心肌梗死后心脏功能,与血浆NT-proBNP正相关.

Clinical value of Tei index in evaluating the cardiac function after myocardial infarction and its correlation with plasma NT-proBNP

Objective To study the clinical value of Tei index in evaluating the cardiac function after myocardial infarction and its correlation with plasma N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide（NT-proBNP）. Methods 86 patients after myocardial infarction were selected as the observation group, and 100 healthy people were selected as the control group. Ultrasound was used to measure left ventricular ejection fraction（LVEF） and Tei index. Plasma NTproBNP level was detected. Results Tei index and plasma NT-proBNP of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group（ t = 4. 173, P 〈 0.05 ; t = 6. 264, P 〈 0. 01 ）. In the observation group, tissue Doppler Tei index and plasma NT-proBNP was positively correlated（ r = 0.72 ,P 〈 0.05） ;Tei index AUC was （0.87 ± 0.06）, NT-proBNP AUC was （0.89 ±0. 08）, LVEF AUC was （0.72 ± 0.04 ）, and the AUC of Tei index and NTproBNP were significantly greater than that of LVEF （ t = 2. 725,2. 172, all P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Tel index can accurately reflect cardiac function after myocardial infarction, and it is positively correlated with plasma NT-proBNP.
