| 摘 要： | 急性胰腺炎(AP)病情凶险,并发症多且病死率高,至今其发病机制尚未完全阐明。近年来,随着分子生物技术的发展,不少学者从基因分子水平研究AP的发病机制及病理过程,发现AP的发生及发展存在个体差异,从细胞因子基因多态性进一步阐明了AP的发病机制,并通过明确AP患者的细胞因子多态性特点,采取个体化的防治措施。

| Abstract: | Acute Pancreatitis(AP) is a dangerous disease with a multifold complications and a high death rate,but its pathogenesy is so far still not fully expounded.In recent years,with the development of the molecular biology,many scholars studying the pathogenesy and pathologic process of acute pancreatitis(AP) has found that there are individual differences in the occurrences and development of AP.They further explains the pathogenesy of the acute pancreatitis from the view of cytokine gene polymorphisms,and identify cytokine gene polymorphisms in AP patients so as to propose specific preventions and treatments addressed at individual patients. |
