某山村村民智力状况调查

目的通过对某山村村民智力状况调查，了解村民生活状况，探讨其智力低下预防对策。方法调查该村居民基本情况，对村中61例进行了智力测试、体格检查和尿碘分析。结果成年人平均身高142．78cm，体重45．88Kg，平均智商76分。智力低下检出率为29．51％（18／61），男性检出率为26．83％（11／41），女性检出率25．00％（7／28），二者比较，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05），50岁以上者检出率高，为61．11％（11／20）。结论村民智商偏低与该村地处偏远，经济落后，信息闭塞，饮食单一，卫生及就医条件差等因素有关，应该采取相应措施减少和预防智力低下状况的发牛。

The investigation of intelligence status in one village
