| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨川芎、黄芪对自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)胸主动脉外膜成纤维细胞增殖的抑制作用。方法:以单用川芎或川芎黄芪合剂的 SHR 血清检测对培养的 SHR 胸主动脉外膜成纤维细胞~3H-胸腺嘧啶核苷(~3H-TdR)掺入的影响。结果:川芎和川芎、黄芪合用对 SHR 的血压和心率没有影响,川芎血清组和川芎黄芪合剂血清组与 SHR 血清组比较,~3H-TdR 的掺入量差异有显著性(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:川芎、黄芪能抑制 SHR 胸主动脉外膜成纤维细胞增殖,这些效应可能与它们的钙离子拮抗有关。
