数字透视在不孕症诊治中的应用

目的探讨数字透视在不孕症诊断和治疗中的应用价值。方法在数字透视下对499例不孕症患者作子宫输卵管造影,并用导丝对其中351例输卵管阻塞患者作输卵管再通术治疗。结果89%的患者(444/499)造影发现异常,其中,输卵管阻塞297例,输卵管结核13例,子宫粘连39例,盆腔粘连87例,子宫发育异常8例。输卵管再通成功率89%,再通后受孕率36%。结论数字透视下子宫输卵管造影提高了对疾病的检测率和诊断的准确率;减少了医患双方的X线辐射;水溶性对比剂比碘油安全、准确;输卵管再通术可作为输卵管阻塞性疾病治疗的首选方法。

Application of digital fluoroscopy in diagnosis and treatment of the infertility

Objective To discuss the usefulness of digital fluoroscopy in the diagnosis and treatment of the infertility.Methods Four hundred and ninety-nine patients with infertility underwent digital fluoroscopy guided hysterosalpingography(HSG),of them,351 patients associated with Fallopian tube obstruction received the canalization by using guide wire.Results HSG directly showed abnormal appearances in 444 of 499 cases(89 %),of them,Fallopian tube obstruction were found in 351,tubal tuberculosis in 13.uterine adhesion in 39,pelvic adhesion in 87.and uterine dysplasia in 8.The oviducal recanalization rate was 89 %,gestation rate was 36 % after oviduct recanalization.Conclusion the positive rate and accuracy of digital fluoroscopy guided HSG for detecting the infertility are significantly elevated while the radiation doses of X-ray which is received by patients and doctors during the procedure are greatly decreased.The water-soluble contrast medium is more effective and safe than lipiodol.The oviduct recanalization should be a first choice for treating tubal obstruction.
