| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨分析52例特发性血小板减少性紫癜(ITP)中误诊的6例，以提高对骨髓增生异常综合征(MDS)的诊断水平。方法：利用临床资料，细胞形态，遗传学检查分析6例误诊病例。结果：52例ITP中6例是以单纯血小板减少为首发症状的MDS。其中3例染色体异常，2例最终转变为急性白血病。结论：单纯血小板减少可以是MDS的首发症状，与ITP鉴别，可以避免一些无效的可能有害的治疗。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the misdiagnosed 6 of 52 patients with idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura(ITP), we will be better understand the myelodysplastic syndromes. Methods:According to the clinical and laboratory data of 52 patients with ITP, evaluated the misdiagnosed 6 cases.Results:6 of 52 patients with ITP in the course of follow-up presented with anemia and neutropenia or monocytosis. 2 of 6 patients translated leukemia. 3 of 6 cases had abnormal karyotype.Conclusion:Pure thrombocytopenia can be the first symtom of myelodysplastic syndromes and that may mimic ITP, the classification of these cases is difficult, from a practical point of view such a diagnosis may be avoid inefficient and possibly harmful treatments. |
