流出人口及其留守家属艾滋病知识、态度和行为调查

目的 调查流出人口及其留守家属艾滋病的知识、态度、行为（KAP）现况以及相关影响因素,为流出地流动人口及其留守家属艾滋病的干预措施提供依据.方法 运用整群随机抽样原则,在崇阳县天城镇,石城镇和铜钟乡随机抽取658名流出人口及其留守家属进行艾滋病KAP问卷调查.结果 57.2%的流出人口和60.1%的留守家属不愿意和艾滋病人同住一个社区,两者有差异性（P＜0.01）;流出人员和留守家属在每次性行为时正确使用安全套比例分别占45.5%和20.6%,两者有差异性（P＜0.01）;74.2%的流出人口和61.3%留守家属主动向亲属（他人）讲述过艾滋病相关知识,两者有差异性（P＜0.01）.Logistic相关因素分析结果显示,文化程度越高（P＜0.01）、外出工作时间大于1年（P＜0.01）的流出人口艾滋病知识知晓率越高,文化程度越高（P＜0.01）的男性（P＜0.01）留守家属艾滋病知识知晓率越高.结论 需进一步加强对流出人口及其留守家属艾滋病知识的宣教,减少他们对艾滋病人的歧视态度,提高安全套的使用率.

Survey of AIDS KAP in mobile population and their family members at home

Objective To investigate the knowledge,attitude,practice(KAP)about HIV/AIDS and factors associated with KAP among mobile population and their family members.Methods The KAP questionnaire survey was conducted among 658 floating people and their family by system random sampling from three townships in Chongyang Couty,Hubei Province.Results The levels of AIDS knowledge of mobile population and their family members were low but the level of knowledge of mobile people was higher than their family members,the longger of working outside and the higher of education background the higher their knowledge would be,showing significant difference(P<0.01).The rate of use of condoms was also low(from 20.6% to 45.5%).Conclusion Health education be carried out among mobile population and their family members to enhance their safe sexual activities.
