Study on the running mechanism and the system of medical education administration in the comprehensive university of the U. K

In the face of opportunity and challenge of the 21st century, it is imperative for us to carry out further reform on administration system and length of schooling of the advanced medical education after accomplishing the adjustment of its own structure. At the same time, it will offer beneficial reference to our own educational reform to research the administration system and operating mechanism of the advanced medical education in the developed country and summarize their advantages and disadvantages. Based on it, this article makes primary analysis of the administration system and operating mechanism of the advanced medical education in the comprehensive university of the U.K. at present, starting with discussing the relationship between the two. Meanwhile, by probing into the funds source, length of schooling ,tuition fee, courses and teaching mode, this article will provide some reference for the further reform of the medical education in our institution of higher learning.
