| 摘 要： | 无论是酒精性脂肪肝还是非酒精性脂肪肝,其发病机制都与细胞因子息息相关.此文综述了多种细胞因子在脂肪肝发生发展过程中的作用,以及其介导的细胞凋亡在脂肪肝发病机制中的作用,阐述了某些细胞因子对脂肪肝的治疗应用.

| Abstract: | The pathogenesy of nonalcoholic and alcoholic steatohepatitis closely related with cytokines. This article summarizes the roles of cytokines and apoptosis mediated by the cytokines in the pathogenesis of fatty liver,and also summarizes the effect of some cell factors in treatment for steatohepatitis. |
