| 摘 要： | 目的观察高原低氧应激对大鼠海马神经元凋亡的影响。方法将Wistar大鼠随机分为三组：即平原对照组（山东菏泽,海拔50米）,高原实验Ⅰ组（青海玉树结古镇,海拔3700米）,高原实验Ⅱ组（青海玉树治多县,海拔4950 m）。在不同海拔高度生活4天后,取大鼠海马,应用流式细胞仪检测海马神经元凋亡率。结果暴露于高原组的大鼠海马神经元凋亡率明显高于平原对照组,且随海拔的增加而明显升高。结论高原低氧应激诱导海马神经元凋亡。
