高原低氧应激诱导大鼠海马神经元凋亡

摘    要:目的观察高原低氧应激对大鼠海马神经元凋亡的影响。方法将Wistar大鼠随机分为三组:即平原对照组(山东菏泽,海拔50米),高原实验Ⅰ组(青海玉树结古镇,海拔3700米),高原实验Ⅱ组(青海玉树治多县,海拔4950 m)。在不同海拔高度生活4天后,取大鼠海马,应用流式细胞仪检测海马神经元凋亡率。结果暴露于高原组的大鼠海马神经元凋亡率明显高于平原对照组,且随海拔的增加而明显升高。结论高原低氧应激诱导海马神经元凋亡。

Abstract:Objcetive To observe the effect of apoptosis of hippocampal neurons in rats by Stress of high altitude hypoxia.Methods Wistar rats were divided into three groups and moved to different altitudes environment(3500m and 5050m above sea level) from plain(5m above sea level),animals were sacrificed by decapitation after seven days,Flow cytometry was used to assay the ratio of apoptosis of hippocampal neurons.Results Apoptosis appeared on the four days after explored high altitude,the ratio of apoptosis of hippoc...
