医学生就业的探讨

探讨解决医学生就业难与各级医院求贤难的问题。本文通过对医学生就业现状及社会对医学生需求情况的考察,分析了由于社会就业体制不完善、医学院校扩招、专业设置与就业脱节、未能按照社会需求培养人才以及医学生就业期望值与社会脱节等原因造成医学生就业难并且各层级医院求贤难,提出了完善高校毕业生就业制度、加强就业指导、拓宽就业思路、调整就业期望值、医疗单位组群式发展、面向基层、经济欠发达地区定向培养人才等的改革措施。

Discussion of Employment about Medical Student

To discuss methods of solving difficult employment of medical students and difficult careers of hospitals.Investigating medical students’ employment situation and society needs situation of medical students.The causes of difficult employment of medical students and difficult careers of hospitals are the employment system is incomplete,enrollment expansion of medical college,Professional setting and employment are separated,cultivate talents without the demand of the society,medical students’ employment expectations and social are separated.Some reform measures such as complete college graduates’ employment system,improve the employment guidance,broaden employment idea,adjust the employment expectation,group development of medical unit,personnel training for grass-roots and less developed areas are put forward.
