彩色多普勒超声对卵巢肿瘤的诊断价值

  目的  探讨彩色多普勒超声检查在卵巢肿瘤中的临床诊断价值。  方法  选取2009年4月至2011年4月本院诊断为卵巢肿瘤患者114例, 所有患者均行彩色多普勒超声检查且资料完整, 均经手术和病理证实。  结果  114例卵巢肿瘤患者经手术后病理明确诊断为: 良性卵巢肿瘤83例, 恶性卵巢肿瘤31例, 多普勒超声检查诊断良性卵巢肿瘤76例, 恶性卵巢肿瘤27例, 诊断符合率为90.35%;良、恶性卵巢肿瘤内部血流信号测出比例相差9.21%, 经统计学软件处理, 其差异统计学有意义(P < 0.05);两组间R1、PI差异比较明显, P值均 < 0.05, 差异具有统计学意义; 两组间的PSV、HV、LV、MV、S/D值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。  结论  彩色多普勒超声检查对卵巢肿瘤良恶性的鉴别诊断具有重要的意义。 

Clinical Value of Color Doppler Ultrasound in the Diagnosis of Ovarian Tumor

  Objective  To investigate the clinical value of color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosing ovarian tumors.  Methods  One hundred and fourteen cases diagnosed as ovarian tumors in Tianjin City Hospital of Gynecology and Obstetrics between April 2009 and April 2011 were selected. All of the patients were confirmed surgically and pathologically, and all the patients underwent color Doppler ultrasound. Comprehensive data were obtained from these patients.  Results  These 114 patients with ovarian tumor diagnosed surgically and pathologically included 83 benign and 31 malignant ovarian tumor cases. Seventy-six patients were diagnosed with benign ovarian tumor using Doppler ultrasound, whereas 27 cases were diagnosed with malignant ovarian ttmaor. The diagnosis accordance rate was 90.35%. Statistically significant difference of 9.21% was found in the internal blood flow signal between benign and malignant ovarian tumor, processed by a statistical software (P < 0.05). The PI and RI were evidently different between the two groups. P-values were both less than 0.05, and the differences were both statistically significant. There was no evident or statistically significant difference in the PSV, HV, LV, MV, and S/D values between benign and malignant ovarian cancer patients (P > 0.05). Testing index: RI, PI, PSV, HV, LV, MV, and S/D.  Conclusion  Color Doppler ultrasound is significant in the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant ovarian tumors.
